The Cuban Citizen Permanent Resident in the exterior will be presented in the Consulate where he was previously registered to formalize the application of the passport. The steps will only be made by means of the mail in those consular offices that have it establish this way.

When the misleading took place during the trip, it can be identified before the Consulate, by means of the Birth Certification, emitted by the Registration of the Civil State where it has been registered. This certification should not necessarily be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Relations of Cuba.

In the case of a permanent resident it will present the accusation and with the data that it contains the Registration of Cuban Citizens (photocopies of your passport) you will proceed to the expedition of another passport.
