Regulations Legal Foreign Investment
  1. 77 Law, law of the Foreign Investment that contains the general norms that regulate the foreign investment in Cuba, fewer than three essential figures: Mixed company, Contract of International Economic Association and Company of Completely Foreign Capital. It was signed September, 5, 1995.
  2. 165 Ordinance- Law, relative to the establishment and operation of the "Free Areas" and "Industrial Parks". It was signed June, 3, 1996.
  3. Resolution 14/2001 of the Ministry for the Foreign Investment and the Economic Collaboration , that establishes the Procedure for the negotiation, presentation of applications and evaluation of proposals of Foreign Investment. It was signed March, 30, 2001.
  4. Resolution 21/2002 of the Ministry for the Foreign Investment and the Economic Collaboration that establishes the methodology for the elaboration of the Study of Economic Feasibility that should be presented in an application of Foreign Investment. It was signed June, 6, 2001.
  5. 3827 Agreement of the "CECM" that recognizes other legal forms of Foreign Investment. It was signed December, 6, 2000. These new ones correspond with the contracts of productive administration and the contracts of productive administration.
  6. Resolution 37/2001 of the Ministry for the Foreign Investment and the Economic Collaboration that establishes the procedure for the registration, control and supervision of the Contracts of Cooperated Production, the evaluation, control and supervision of the Contracts of Productive Administration, as well as the information to surrender on the previous modalities and the Contracts of Hotel Administration.
