The Ministry of the construction is the Organism in charge of directing,
to execute in what concerns it, and to control the politics of the State
and the Government as for:
- The Engineer-Geological Investigations applied to the construction.
- The elaboration of the designs for the activities of Construction
and Assembly.
- The Civil Construction and the Industrial Assembly.
- The Maintenance and the Rehabilitation of the Housing and the Urbanizations.
- The Constructive Maintenance.
- The Exploitation of the Civil, Industrial Works of State interest,
highways, docks and Dredged.
- The Industrial production of hydraulic and asphalted concretes and
Elements of Concrete.
- To Orchestrate the measures to Control the application of the general
law of the Housing, the "Fund of the Housing", dictating or
promoting the necessary regulations in this respect.
- The Production and Commercialization of materials and products of
the construction, except the Cement.
