The Ministry of the Sugar is the organism in charge of directing, to execute in what concerns him, and to control the politics of the State and the Government, as for the activities of the sugar cane agriculture, of the sugar industry and of its derived; with the objective of achieving the sustainable development of this productions going to the satisfaction of the internal necessities of the country and the export.
