The Ministry for the Foreign Investment and the Economic Collaboration is the organism in charge of , and on the base of the development strategies ,and the politics settled down by the State and the Government, of promoting the foreign investment in Cuba, and to direct, in coordination with the competent organisms, the corresponding negotiation processes and to coordinate and to advise the instrumentation and implementation of the politics of the State and the Government regarding the economic collaboration.
